Model - MC1010E Main section. - Standing platform for 2 persons by the sorting table. - The elevator is 63cm (25”) wide. - Discharge height is 3m (About 10ft). - The elevator pivots in 2 places, two with  hydraulic cylinders. - The elevator folds in for transport.   Control System Control box - Main control box mounted in the cab. - The controls are a combinations of joysticks and switches - The pictograms describe the functions - Extra control box by the sorting table. - Include control of 2 function   Wheels - Wheels left and right side 400/70x20   Hydraulics - Hydraulic driven: - Cylinders and rotating functions. - Powered by tractor's hydraulic.  - Hydraulic to drive harvesting section   - Small pump  - Oil cooler   PTO Drive PTO shaft with 6 spline   Cleaning Section - Small profile rubber belt placed in line with the pick-up section - leads the cabbage to the cross/ sorting table. - A foam roller moves the cabbage to the side onto the Cross/sorting table. - Leaves will pass under the roller and back onto the soil.   Sorting Table - 630mm (25") wide sorting table.  - The cabbages are moved from the sorting table into the elevator. - Hydraulic driven roller placed at the end of the sorting table. - Emergency switch near standing platform.   Elevator Extra heavy web for processing cabbage - Heavy duty flights to cope with large cabbage   Depositor - Special depositor for cabbage. Only used on elevator models.   Lights Road lighting kit - Includes marker boards, lights and indicators   Harvest Section ASA-LIFT "CAB Star" Harvesting section for cabbage 1010 - 1 Row Harvesting section - Unique Top belt which supports and adjust the cabbage.  - The top belt is designed as a web with rubber support. - Spring loaded idler rollers to support the web. - Easy adjustment for small and large cabbage. - Unique rotating knife system cuts the cabbage from the root with a clean cut. - New support disc clear the roots when cutting. - After the cabbage has been cut, they are transferred to a PVC belt - The PVC-belt combined with the top web transport the cabbage to the rear section - Pick-up section has hydraulic drive on all rotating functions.  - Intake has different options depend on type of harvest, Fresh or industry - Min. row distance 55-60cm depend on size cabbage Automatic depth control on pick-up section. - Large depth wheel run between the cabbage rows - The depth wheel activates two sensors - Depth is adjusted, direct on the bracket with the sensor on the machine - Depth cannot be regulated from control box   Intake Solution - Intake belt - 1 row - Made with rubber V-belt. - Small steel support for better intake. - Extra for electric cylinder to adjust cutting height from the control box in the cab.  - 1 row   Torpedoes - Hydraulic driven torpedoes for cabbage. - Torpedo tube made in stainless steel.  - 1 row.
