All cylinder functions are driven direct from the tractor hydraulic - Must have one pressure and one free return outlet. - Min. 35 L/min - 180 Bar pressure - Can only be used when pump driving all rotation functions. - Small profile rubber belt placed in line with the pick-up section - leads the cabbage to the cross/ sorting table. - A foam roller moves the cabbage to the side onto the Cross/sorting table. - Leaves will pass under the roller and back onto the soil.   PTO Drive PTO shaft with 6 spline   Cross Belt 1 - 630mm (25") wide sorting table. - A foam roller moves the cabbage onto the cross belt   Standing Platform - Standing platform for 2 persons. - Placed at the rear side of the cross belt. - Emergency switch near standing platform.   Automatic Box Filling Special designed hydraulic fork raises and lowers the box. - The box pivots into a vertical position. - A combination of the cross web and the hydraulic fork is used to fill the box. - The box can be unloaded on the ground like the leek machine - Hydraulic cylinder to pivot the forks like the leek harvester - Guide for the boxes like the leek harvester 630mm (25") wide cross table - The cabbage is placed direct into the box. - The cross table can move in and out for filling the box Sensor system mounted at the end of the cross table which move in andout - The filling program works like: - There is a sensor which indicate the pos. of the box tipper. - The hydra. cylinder for the cross web indicate the position. 1- Box will Manually be lifted to the start pos. Vertical 70DG 2- Automatic filling will be activated on the control box 3- Cross belt will go to outer pos. 4- Cabbage are placed in the box. When sensor is activated the box is lowered 5- Cross belt will move out accordingly to the pos. of the box tipper 6- when box reach horizontal pos. the cross belt move to stop pos. 7- signal tell the driver that box is full and stop the auto. filling 8- Possible for Manuel filling if needed. 9- When box is full, it will be offloaded by in the field 10- Empty box will be loaded and the filling cycles will start again   Lights Road lighting kit - Includes marker boards, lights and indicators - Rotating beacon.   Harvesting Section ASA-LIFT "CAB Star" Harvesting section for cabbage 1010 - 1 Row Harvesting section - Unique Top belt which supports and adjust the cabbage. - The top belt is designed as a web with rubber support. - Spring loaded idler rollers to support the web. - Easy adjustment for small and large cabbage. - Unique rotating knife system cuts the cabbage from the root with a clean cut. - New support disc clear the roots when cutting. - After the cabbage has been cut, they are transferred to a PVC belt - The PVC-belt combined with the top web transport the cabbage to the rear section - Pick-up section has hydraulic drive on all rotating functions. - Intake has different options depend on type of harvest, Fresh or industry - Min. row distance 55-60cm depend on size cabbage - Extra for electric cylinder to adjust cutting height from the control box in the cab - 1 row   Intake Belt - Intake belt - 1 row - Made with rubber V-belt. - Small steel support for better intake.   Torpedoes - Hydraulic driven torpedoes for cabbage. - Replace the standard plate torpedo. - 1 row   Auto Depth Control Automatic depth control on pick-up section. - Large depth wheel run between the cabbage rows - The depth wheel activates a position sensor - Depth is adjusted on the control box in the cab - Only work on machine with ASA-BUS or other computers
